Automatic Pistols are a recurring weapon is the Tomb Raider series.

Tomb Raider II

The Automatic Pistols are essentially pistols with greater firepower. Aside from that and different looks, they're identical to Lara's standard Dual Pistols. They are found in Tomb Raider II and replaces the Magnums from the original game.

They do the twice the damage then the standard pistols a little faster, but not as fast as the Uzis. Making the Automatic Pistols a very good pair of guns.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light

The automatic pistols return in Guardian of Light, modeled after the CZ 75.

They offer low fire power and a decent rate of fire, and consume ammo very slowly.

Rise of the Tomb Raider

Hailstorm

Automatic pistol returns to Rise of the Tomb Raider in it's 20th anniversary update. Although is is categorized under regular Handguns.
